FRAMINGHAM DEMOCRATIC CAUCUS 2012

The 2012 Framingham Democratic Caucus will be held on Sunday February 26^th in Nevins Hall of the Memorial Building. This is located at 150 Concord Street, in Framingham.

Registration begins at 12:00Noon. The caucus will convene at 1:00PM. Caucus participants have up to fifteen (15) minutes past the start of the caucus to register. The registration desk will close at 1:15PM; no one will be able to register after that time.

This caucus is convened to elect Framingham’s delegation to the 2012 Democratic State Convention.

Framingham has been allotted 33 delegates and 5 alternates. Of the 33 delegates the Chair of the Framingham DTC is an ex-officio delegate. The remaining 32 are gender balanced 16 male, 16 female. The 5 alternates are partitioned 2 male, 2 female and 1 alternate may be either male or female.

Participants in the 2012 Framingham Democratic Caucus must be registered as Democrats in the Town of Framingham as of December 31, 2011.

The 2012 Massachusetts Democratic State Convention takes place on Saturday June 2^nd in the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
